What the webinar is about:

A little while back one of my clients said: "Well, you know that feeling of absolute dread when you go into a coaching session because you don't know what's going to come up and whether you will be able to make a difference?" 

He then continued that I would probably not have that feeling, but that I could probably recollect it from when I just started out. 

And he was right.

I didn't use to like coaching all that much. In fact, I'd avoid it for that very reason. 

Not all of my coaches have that same sense of fear, though. ​I very often hear that while they are getting results and the client seems happy, that they know they aren't getting to the real transformation. 

Have you ever had that experience of nailing it on the head with your client? Once you actually get to do that consistently, you never really take it for granted. And it feels GREAT. (If you don't know how that feels just yet, take a look ​at the lady in the picture.)

Imagine going into each conversation, knowing that you have what it takes to get to the heart of things AND to help solidify the change. What difference would that make for your level of confidence?

And what difference would that level of confidence make in how you value your own services? 

For me, it made a huge difference. In my identity as a coach. In the energy it gave me (rather than it costing energy). I feel confident in valuing my services and stating my price, because I know I can deliver. It's at the foundation not only of great coaching, but also of a great coaching business where you can have real freedom (the FREEDOM to do what you want, where you want, and how you want it).
