Dear coach. I'm sharing this video with you as an overview of the elements involved in setting up and managing your business success. It is part of the video training series for the Lift-Off business mentoring program. In addition to the structure of your business, your inner game also plays an important role here. Are you procrastinating because you are afraid of failure? Are you shying away from sales, because "you're not a sales person"? When you are setting up your business, you need to focus on both. From doing the questionnare, you should have a better idea of the areas to work on. The video below will let you know where those areas fit in the entire system.
