The Quantum Leap Coach Program

Goal of the program: You will go from lost and overwhelmed to coaching with confidence and getting consistently extraordinary results for your clients. This will put you in a place where you feel comfortable about charging a healthy fee for your services. 

Who is this program for: You've done some kind of coach training before, but you don't get the consistent results that you'd want. You feel that progress has been slow and you might have done several coach trainings without getting to where you want to be. Your lack of confidence in your coaching means you stay in the safety of a job and/or you might struggle with selling your services. ​

What is the Quantum Leap Program:​

The Quantum Leap Program brings together everything you've learnt about coaching so far in an easy to use system. It teaches you how to use the system in your coaching sessions so that you get to the core  faster by identifying the leverage point (the difference that makes the difference), and know exactly what to do to help your client solidify the change. 

In addition, we focus on your inner game, both in a coaching session as well as outside of it when you are making decisions about your business, going out and getting new clients and the way in which you present your services. It is about releasing judgment, being able to leave behind your own map of the world so that you can be in a know-nothing state. 

And lastly, the program includes specific feedback to take your skills to the next level in a short amount of time, and ongoing support for 6 months after the training.

Goal of the program: You will set up all aspects of your coaching business, starting with a solid foundation of uncovering your purpose, vision and values. This is the set up for creating a marketing/sales cycle that is predictable and that you can easily upscale. 

Who is this program for: Either you are still in a job that you want to get out of (but that perhaps has been your comfort zone). Starting your own business feels scary and you are afraid to get going. You might already have started your coaching business, but you can't seem to get clients and you don't know where to find them or how to create results that are easily replicated. 

What is the Lift Off Program:​

The Lift Off Program helps you set up your business. We start with your purpose, vision and values. After that, we lock in on a niche and your ideal client, so that you know exactly what problem you are solving, for whom, and where you can find the people who have this exact problem. We then focus on creating a coaching program and set a price for your services. Once we have all of that, we set up your entire marketing and sales funnel, and a way to keep track of results.

In addition to the practical side of setting up your business, we also focus on your inner game. You might have a hard time locking in on your niche, because you prefer to keep your options open. Or you are afraid of charging a healthy fee for your services. Perhaps the idea of doing a sales conversation  gets you to a place of anxiety.
