Yay! You are going to be at the Quantum Leap Business Coach training in Oslo this coming April. I can guarantee you won't regret it. To help you prepare better, I have gathered a few of my videos for you to watch. The videos take you through the Quantum Leap System, so you will already have an idea of what's to come. 

The first video is an explanation of what a state is, and it introduces the idea of meta-stating. The two videos after that focus on the Quantum Leap system and a specific part of the system, Detection and Analysis. I'm sharing an example of how to use the QL template in video 4, and finish up the videos with getting a Well-Formed Outcome, as well as Energizing the WFO.
