If you are stuck in scarcity thinking, have a preference for options over structure and thinking globally rather than diving into the details -- to name but a few examples -- your business is going to suffer. The same goes with limiting beliefs such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not interesting, no-one will want to hear what I have to say". So we'll explore what beliefs and thinking styles are getting in the way. What thinking styles stop you from choosing your niche, from consistently working on your marketing? These are an important foundation for you to take sustainable action that gets you the results you’re after.

You’ll start with your personal and business mission and values, then move on to create your unique coaching program, find your niche and your ideal client. Then we’ll set up predictable marketing and sales systems, with a way to monitor and refine those systems. Ultimately, the success of your business is based on your sales, so the more predictable your sales cycle, the better off you are. That’ll make it easier to scale up as well.

Through working in a mastermind group, you will develop a successful business and coaching attitude, break through limitations, and accelerate the integration of coaching skills and models. At the same time you will set up successful business systems to attract more clients and do what you love best: helping others.
